Privacy
This site does not collect anything about you.
No account, no form to fill in, no cookies, no tracking, no advertising. If you only want the short version, that is the short version. The rest of this page says it properly, and says what happens behind the scenes where it is not quite that simple.

What this page covers
This covers the public R Safety Hub website and blog — the pages you are reading now.
The training app is a separate product, and it will have its own privacy policy that covers worker charts, training records and payment.
What we collect when you visit
Nothing you type, because there is nothing here to type into. There is no sign-up, no contact form, no comment box and no mailing list on this site.
- No cookies. This site does not set any.
- No analytics and no advertising trackers. We do not know who you are, how many of you there are, or which page you read.
- The homepage video plays from our own server. It is not a YouTube embed, so nothing about you is reported to YouTube or anyone else when it plays.
- No outside fonts or scripts. Everything a page needs is served from this site, so loading a page does not quietly tell another company you were here.
What the server records
Every website in the world sits on a computer that keeps a short automatic log of requests, and this one is no different. That log can include your IP address, the time, the page asked for, and what browser made the request.
It exists so the site can be kept running and so abuse can be spotted. It is not used to build a picture of you, it is not combined with anything else, and it is never sold or handed to advertisers. This site is hosted by Railway, and their systems hold those logs.
Signing in with Google
This part is not about visitors. R Safety Hub runs an internal Google Cloud project, also called R Safety Hub, and you may see this privacy policy linked from its sign-in screen. It is worth saying plainly what that is for.
- Only R Safety Hub's own people sign in with it, to connect the company's own Google account to the company's own back-office automation — sorting company mail, logging company expenses to a company spreadsheet, filing company documents.
- It does not touch your Google account. Visiting this website never asks you to sign in to anything, and nothing here reads a visitor's or a customer's Google data.
- What it is allowed to reach is wider than what it uses. The permission granted to it covers the company's own mail, calendar, spreadsheets, documents, presentations, photos and files — and it allows changing and permanently deleting company mail, calendar entries and files, not only reading them. This page says what was granted rather than what gets used, because what was granted is what could be reached.
- What it actually uses is the company's own mail, spreadsheets and files — sorting company mail, logging company expenses to a company spreadsheet, filing company documents. Nothing we run opens the company's photos, documents or presentations, and nothing deletes anything. Content from the mail, spreadsheets and files may be passed to automated services, including AI services, to summarise and sort it.
- None of it is sold, rented, or used for advertising, and none of it is used to build advertising profiles of anybody.
The blog
Blog posts are written and published by us. There are no comments, no reactions and no sign-in, so there is nothing on the blog that records who read what.
Children
This is a workplace safety training business. The site is meant for adults at work and is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
If this changes
If what this site collects ever changes — a sign-up form, a newsletter, anything that actually gathers something — this page gets rewritten before that goes live, and the date at the top changes with it.
